On 6 April 2011 Wednesday, Madam Halimah Yacob presented Bukit Batok East CCC – The First President School Scholarship Award 2011 at Yusof Ishak Secondary School Hall. She is glad to see the progress of the students and the efforts the school put in nurturing and inspiring the students’ achievements. She also congratulated YISS students stellar performance in the Singapore Youth Festival. In her speech she encouraged all students to work hard to achieve good results.
