It was an occasion with highlights, which included Rangoli competition, Short Film video competition, games and fun activities that the audience could participate in. Young volunteers from High School participated as part of their community service too! The Guest of Honour was Mdm Halimah Yacob, Adviser to Jurong GRC GROs.
This year, we had 24 Rangoli participants from all walks of life and quality of the Rangoli and numbers of participants keep increasing every year. We also opened up the Rangoli competition for the non-Indians. They were judged separately, but they displayed their beautiful, creative Rangolis, which were comparable to the Indians.
