National Day Rally 2013 Highlights (English)
On August 18th, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong announced three key policy shifts in Housing, Healthcare and Education. He also revealed plans to develop Singapore with the upcoming Project Jewel, Paya Lebar redevelopment and Southern Waterfront City.
